Global Day of Action on Military Spending Sydney Event April 15th

On the day the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) releases the latest figures on world military spending, over 100 organisations world wide will take action to pressure governments to reduce their military spending and spend the savings on human needs.

 

In Sydney F-35 Joint Strike Fighters will fly and $100 notes will be handed out in an event questioning the Federal Government’s spending $68 million every day to fund the military.
